Small groups

Small Groups are a vital part of the health of our church. With 200-300 adults in the church, it is not possible to know everybody well. But our small groups provide a place where we can build deeper friendships and encourage one another in our Christian life.

The groups are designed to help each member of St. Paul’s to become wholehearted disciples of Jesus, daily growing in relationship with God and becoming more like Jesus. The intention is that each small group provides a safe place where people feel free to be real about their struggles and difficulties, as well as rejoicing with each other when things are going well. They are also designed to help us to be effective witnesses to Christ in our daily lives.

How do you join a small group?
If you are not yet a Christian, we recommend that you do the Alpha course first. For Christians joining us from other churches, or for those who have become Christians recently, contact Lizzy Woolf, Associate Vicar (via the church office on 01926 427149 or office@stpl.org.uk).
