Claire & Marcos Wurfel
Leading a church in Argentina
For many years Marcos' parents and family (from Germany) have been running the Obra Missionera Nueva Vida in Concordia, Argentina, which they founded. It includes an orphanage and a church in the slums. Claire and Marcos have branched off and church planted in the middle class part of the town, and lecture at the Bible Institute. Members from their church feed and clothe children in a slum area each weekend, and their youth work is growing fast. Marcos also does regular short TV programmes.
Connection to St Paul's Church
Claire first came to St Paul's when she worked at Binswood Lodge in Binswood Avenue. She then went to Bible College where she met Marcos, her husband to be.
