Children & Families Minister

 ~£27 500 per year FTE (depending on experience)
St Paul’s Leamington is a large charismatic evangelical church, with a renewed commitment to evangelism and discipleship among all ages. We are looking to appoint an Children and Families Minister (CFM) to oversee the Children’s and Families Ministry.

The CFM will oversee and develop St Paul’s ministry with children (under age 11) and families, in line with our vision and values, encourage and disciple children in their Christian faith, in an age appropriate manner and  support families as they raise their children. In addition, they recruit, equip and oversee our Assistant Children’s Ministers and other leaders  and build links with the community to share the love of God with children and families

We’re looking for a leader who loves the Lord, is well organised and is a good team player – relational, flexible, servant-hearted, trustworthy, adaptable, and willing to ‘muck in’ when necessary.

Terms


27 hours per week permanent contract, with an optional temporary extra 13 hour maternity contract until April 2019.
