Ministry amongst Chinese students & scholars in the UK

Rangers Abu Dhabi 2011

We are so thankful for our link with St Paul’s which has now lasted for several decades!

We commenced missionary work among Chinese people in Malaysia with OMF International in 1960 and 1965 respectively and were married in Felixstowe in 1970. We have two daughters and three granddaughters. We subsequently served in itinerant evangelism in Malaysia prior to being sent by OMF to Hong Kong, where Keith lectured in theology and helped pioneer a new outreach among rural people in Hong Kong’s New Territories. We were involved in the launching of two new Anglican congregations, one using English and the other Mandarin, both of which thrive today.

Since 1990 we have worked in the UK in outreach among Chinese students and scholars using Mandarin and English. Our ongoing ministry involves the use of our home for hospitality, the making of Mandarin DVDs through which we have had the joy of seeing Chinese students, scholars and their family members coming to know the Saviour, and visits to many university cities to dialogue with students and scholars and seek to lead these strategic people to faith in Christ.
